Hello from Trivandrum, India! Hope all are doing well.
Heartfelt thanks go to all browsers casual and devoted to my blog. This month marks the 4,000,000 visitor mark! It is so amazing. I sincerely thank you. It is because of both devoted readers and enthusiastic contributors, including Padmini, Ajoy and Oldernwiser0 featured in this month's newsletter among other contributing authors, that this blog continues to inspire me and you to come back again and again.
We are nearing the end of an enjoyable, restful, yet ironically also, hectic trip to India to visit family and participate in family functions. It was also a ten year reunion for me! It is ten years ago this month I initiated my studies at Madras Christian College. This trip to India marks an anniversary celebration to mark that occasion by a short visit to Chennai and Kanchipuram to meet my local guardians and see my old residence at Martin Hall, the ladies hostel at Madras Christian College. The hostel has been expanded by 100% and updated. It seems like a 3 star hotel compared to what it was ten years ago! Keep track to my husband's flickr site for photos to be uploaded in the next month or so of all our India adventures. For now, I have uploaded two videos on YouTube - India's Sunrise Over Bay of Bengal and Santhome Church, Chennai, Enjoy!
