1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 garlic cloves (optional)
1 jalapeno chili, seeded, and cut into chunks
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh pepper
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 cup water
1. In a blender or food processor (I prefer to puree/blend in the Magic Bullet Express 17-Piece High-Speed Blender Mixing System.), combine the cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, walnuts, lemon juice, salt, pepper.
